This activity is carried on with no handling of client funds : EQUAMOOV neither receives, holds nor handles any funds, instruments or securities on behalf of its clients. Accordingly, no financial guarantee is required.
Professional indemnity insurance
Property transactions — Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE, 42 rue Washington, 75008 Paris. Cover of €600,000 per claim and per insurance period, with no handling of client funds. Policy administered by MATRISK Insurance.
Insurance intermediation — acting as an agent, EQUAMOOV is covered by the professional indemnity policy taken out by SAS LA CENTRALE DE FINANCEMENT (SIREN 791 400 005) with Lloyd's Insurance Company S.A. for its network of agents, up to €5,000,000 per claim and per insurance year, in accordance with articles L.512-6, R.512-14 and A.512-4 of the French Insurance Code.
